Where This Was Featured:
Debbie Harry of Blondie, was featured wearing this fun and sarcastic “No Pictures” tee in 1979 for a promotional photoshoot for the band.
Blondie, an American rock band formed in 1974, was a pioneer in the new wave and punk rock scenes of the mid-late 1970s. Regarded as an underground band in the United States (performing in venues like CBGB’s in New York), the release of Parallel Lines in 1978 lit a fire under music fans everywhere, and Blondie was subsequently launched into the spotlight.
After the release of their sixth album The Hunter in 1982, Blondie disbanded until 1997. The group toured and performed throughout the world and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. It’s no surprise they have sold over 40 million records worldwide and have been nominated for two Grammy Awards. Their music is far-reaching as they touched genres like new wave, punk rock, disco, pop, rap, and reggae.
This feminine, super soft tank top features a satin label and slightly relaxed and longer fit. It's made from 50% poly, 25% combed ring spun cotton and 25% rayon. Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, do not bleach and tumble dry low.
